The Director will manage two value-driving and high performing functions within the Sourcing Execution team, Bid Management and Pricing & Commercial Operations. The Bid Management team leverage bulk processes to execute large-scale sourcing events to meet ClarusONE and its Members' strategic needs. The Pricing & Commercial Operations team process price changes and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and Members, continually monitoring market dynamics and triggering required action to ensure pricing compliance. The role will seek to drive synergies and maximise value created across the two teams, both commercially and operationally.

The Supplier Relations and Sourcing Lead will manage supplier relationships, implement sourcing strategies and processes to support key business objectives related to product cost, supply, and C1 member needs.

This role will work cross-functionally across teams in ClarusONE including Sourcing, Finance, Member Engagement, Analytics and Technology and will be responsible for partnering with these teams through any identified new strategic projects. The role will also partner and work directly with Members with Manufacturers as needed to gain a deep understanding of both customer needs and supplier goals to incorporate into all project-related work.

The job incumbent will play a key role in supporting ClarusONE’s Accounting and Reporting ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency and timely delivery of financials. The position holder will act as the key interface between PSaS Finance, Walmart Finance, ClarusONE FP&A and MCK Shared Service teams.

The Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for route causing supply chain disruptions through member and supplier conversations and partner internally to deliver the insights that will optimise the supply chain of ClarusONE sourced products.
