Director FP&A


Reporting directly into the COO, you will be leading the FP&A function at ClarusONE. Heading a high performing team of three, you will be fully integrated into the business, understanding priorities of both Members (Walmart and McKesson) and the ClarusONE leadership and factoring these into the targets we set for the business.

Director, Non-Retail Sourcing

The Director, Non-Retail Sourcing will be responsible for leading a team to drive sourcing value creation initiatives and strategic growth within our non-retail segments, including Health Systems, Specialty Providers, and Non-Acute Physician Office. This team executes and supports the sourcing and management of Generics for the non-retail channels as well as having strong focus on the Generic (Gx) Injectable category.

Director, Strategic Sourcing

The Director, Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for working across ClarusONE and its Members to prioritize, implement and communicate multiple projects across various teams to support our overall strategic priority to mitigate risk. The role will monitor market information, work with the Analytics team to gather and analyse market and product data, and partner across the organization for both technology and process solutions to put findings into practice. This will include implementation of any new sourcing strategies and integration of risk management into the daily sourcing activities, as well as prioritization of related technology enhancements.

Senior Account Manager, Member Engagement Non-Retail

The Senior Account Manager ensures that the buy-side and the sell-side are working in alignment, acting as the main point of contact for the Member (McKesson Health Systems, Provider Clinics, and Medical-Surgical business teams) and is responsible for managing the interface between these teams and ClarusONE. The Senior Account Manager will manage all Member matters, will anticipate the Member needs, will work across ClarusONE by sharing all relevant information, will ensure deadlines for the Member are met and will facilitate how value is maximised for the Member.

Senior Director Member Engagement

Reporting directly into the Chief Commercial Officer/VP Sourcing, you will be leading the Member Engagement function at ClarusONE. Heading a high performing team of key account managers, you will be fully integrated into the business, understanding priorities of both Members (Walmart and McKesson) and the ClarusONE leadership and factoring these into the targets we set for the business.

Sourcing Operations Lead

The Sourcing Operations Lead will oversee the Sourcing Operations team within the Bid Management and Sourcing Execution team. This position is responsible for the overall success of our Sourcing Operations functions, including management of cases related to bid activities, market solicitation requests, pricing changes. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support both members and internal ClarusONE teams.

Supplier Relations and Sourcing Lead

The Supplier Relations and Sourcing Lead will manage supplier relationships, implement sourcing strategies and processes to support key business objectives related to product cost, supply, and C1 member needs.
