MANAGER, MEMBER DEMAND MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
This Member Demand Management Manager is the main point of contact for member (McKesson/Walmart) demand management and alignment to ClarusONE sourcing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with member inventory management teams to proactively and reactively identify supply disrupted products. Work with the ClarusONE Sourcing team to ensure sourcing actions are completed.

Develop reporting on member-driven demand forecasts. This includes distilling and presenting information in an appropriate format for stakeholders.

Maintain monthly supplier service level reports and dashboards. Deliver stakeholder reviews on a regular basis to identify best/worst in class supplier partners and product categories, to assist inventory management and customer demand.

Be a subject matter expert on member-related demand/inventory management/forecasting processes. This includes establishing the monthly business review of member forecasts to ensure integrity of demand awarded by ClarusONE.

Resolve member operational issues on an ad-hoc basis and co-develop plans to align member demand to product availability.

REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree - Finance or Economics preferred

Minimum of 4 years' experience in sourcing, finance/business analysis or demand management

Product sourcing or demand management experience desirable

Pharmacy training/background desirable

Experience in generic pharmaceuticals desirable
Knowledge/Skills
-
Knowledge of purchasing, sourcing and/or product management of product distributed within a multiple warehouse environment

Ability to manage large amounts of data and present insights and solutions

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Access with a solid background in data extraction and manipulation techniques

Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels within the organisation

Ability to communicate decisions and recommendations to stakeholders in a high-pressure environment

Well-organised, process and team-oriented with the ability to prioritise quickly

Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to initiate and manage work with sense of urgency

Strong communicator with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflict

Experience of performing in a dynamic fast-paced, results-driven environment
