Working at ClarusONE

The ClarusONE Sourcing Services team is formed of high-performing individuals  comprising US expatriates and local hires.  The organisation was originally established by expats who relocated to set-up the London office.  The team is now complemented by local hires, and we continue to recruit locally to resource our business for the future.

This convergence of two Fortune 5  companies and two nations, with a diverse workforce originating from all over the world makes our culture unique and dynamic.

The first full fiscal year exceeded expectations and rewards were high.  We continue to set challenging targets with the goal of driving down the cost of healthcare.

But, it’s not all work!  We like to have some fun too.  Our open-plan office supports a collaborative and friendly work environment.  Our “Captains” are team members who have volunteered to organise  social, sporting and charity events.  They  also assist with the planning of team building days, training and development initiatives, and host our monthly “town hall meetings” during which the Leadership provide business updates, business results, and outline new projects. Town halls also provide team members with an opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions in an informal and congenial setting.

We believe our team composition, work environment, rewards and benefits, and social activities are a winning combination.

Below are just a few of the things we get up to outside of work!
